We do it for €39.95, and we do it better because it’s our profession. The real question: what does downtime cost you if you miss a security patch?
Do I still have root/SSH access?
Yes. You have full control via your control panel (Plesk, DirectAdmin or cPanel) — install apps, manage domains, configure email, and more. Our management covers the panel and its ecosystem: OS updates, security patches, and monitoring. Need something outside the panel’s scope? Let us know — we’re happy to discuss what’s possible. Root access is disabled by default, but can be enabled on request.
What if I need help outside office hours?
Our monitoring runs 24/7. For critical problems (server down, security incidents) we are automatically alerted and act immediately. For non-urgent questions we respond fast on working days. Real emergencies don’t wait for office hours.
Do you also help with WordPress/application issues?
We manage the server, not your applications. But: if a WordPress problem turns out to be server-related (PHP version, permissions, database configuration), we’ll fix it. For application-specific issues like plugin conflicts you can use the concierge service.
Can I upgrade to a larger VPS later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. You pay pro-rata for the remaining period. Downgrading can be done at the next renewal date. Your data and configuration are preserved — we migrate everything to the new resources.
How fast is the server installed?
Standard VPS configurations are operational within 24 hours, including control panel and initial hardening. More complex setups (custom configurations, migrations) we plan in consultation. You’ll receive a ticket with progress and login credentials once everything is ready.
